Post 3 – Tiredness…

21 11 2008

I’ve got one of those moments, where I know I should go to sleep, because I have to be up in 9 hours, but I just want to stay up, and do things – mainly because it’s keeping my mind active. I’ve got one of those brains that thinks way too much, and won’t stop very easily. Therefore I know as soon as I stop looking at things on my computer, and chatting to friends on the famous Facebook, thoughts of ‘him’ will come flooding back into my head. In case any of you reading this for some reason have no idea who ‘him’ is, I’ll quickly say, the Ex-boyfriend – he’s been an Ex for a month now, and yet is still haunting me, and won’t get out of my heart, tacky as that sounds, but shoot me, I’m a romantic, I admit it! Cor, break ups – my first one, so I suppose it’s the hardest to get over.

Hey ho! Need to get re-focused now. Lots of things to do: University work, christmas shopping, going to work, hanging out with friends, spending time with the family, to name but a few. Who needs him?? Unfortuntely still, I do :(

Post 2 – Ultimate television programme

21 11 2008

Please say you guys are all watching the programme to end all programmes – HEROES!

I’m absolutely obsessed with it! I wasn’t even going to watch it, but my ex showed me it right at the start of the series, and since then, I’ve not missed an episode. Mainly because I’ve fallen in love with one of the main characters, Peter Petrelli (played by Milo Ventimiglia). Cor blimey, fit as anything!! I swoon every time he comes on screen, and of course scream if anyone hurts him, hah!

^^ PHWOAR!

But seriously though, it’s just so cleverly written, and each episode they leave on a cliffhanger. They just keep wanting you to see more! And each episode, you find out something else, that you wouldn’t have seen coming, and everything is explained from previous episodes – it just all clicks!

I just watched the next one, and yet again, they’ve explained things, and I found myself screaming at the television when the cliffhanger came on!! Hate it when they hurt the long-running characters, ‘coz you want them to succeed and be the good’ies! Bring on next Wednesday, 9pm!!!!!! :D :D:D:D

I really recommend it to anyone who’s not watching it. Don’t worry, if you’ve not seen a single episode yet and you want to start, Series’ one and two are out to buy on dvd, so there IS a way to catch up! SO GET GOING! You won’t regret it, honest!!

Christmas shopping!!! Post 1

20 11 2008

I know, I know – it’s only November, but come on, I can’t help myself!! ITS NEARLY CHRISTMAS! YAY!

I’m like a little kid all over again. All the adverts on telly have started, with all the special christmas songs on them, and all the fake snow and everything – makes me go all gooey inside!

Love this one for morrisons!

I finally ventured into town today, and started shopping. I bought a few things for 3 people, so I’ve officially started. I love it – its the wrapping up part that’s my favourite. Each year, I sit down infront of some of the best christmas films, get out all the wrapping paper, bows, and tags, and spend hours wrapping them up all nicely, and putting a bit of love into them. It’s all part of christmas – my favourite time of year! Soon, it will be time to put up the decorations – dear me, I don’t think I can wait a couple of weeks!! bring it on!!!

Thought I’d share with you a little clip from one of me fav films, The Santa Clause
